Can I get a refund for GroupSave discounted tickets?

Groupsave discounted tickets can be refunded, provided that they are Anytime, Off-Peak or Super Off-Peak tickets. You can do this within your Railsmartr online account if you have one. If you don’t, then you can contact us with your booking reference. 

To refund some of your GroupSave tickets, but keep others, you’ll need to make sure the remaining group still meets the GroupSave minimum size (three adults).
