Our opening hours are 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday with the exception of  public holidays.

If you are enquiring about an existing booking, please have your booking reference to hand so an agent can help you as quickly as possible. 

For refund and amendment requests, please email refunds@railsmartr.co.uk quoting your booking reference number and the reason for refunding your tickets.
