Our opening hours are 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday except public holidays.

If you are enquiring about an existing booking, please have your booking reference on hand so we can help you as quickly as possible. 

Getting a refund

For refund and amendment requests, please email refunds@railsmartr.co.uk quoting your booking reference number and the reason for refunding your tickets.

If you have a flexible ticket such as Off-PeakSuper Off-Peak or Anytime, then you can claim a refund through your Railsmartr online account if you have one. Otherwise, please drop us an email at the email address above.
