What are the trains like?

You’ll find a Stadler FLIRT on every London to Norwich train service. On the vast majority of them, you’ll find a 12-carriage train that has tables, free WiFi and a mixture of USB ports and three-pin sockets at every seat:

These trains also have a buffet counter and a First Class section. The seats are fairly similar, but they’re in a 2+1 layout rather than 2+2.

A small number of trains on this route don’t have First Class, a buffet counter or tables. They’re usually allocated to the Stansted Express route. The seating layout is the same, and you’ll still find WiFi and power sockets. Don’t worry though, they stick to a fixed number of services.
