Can I obtain Delay Repay compensation from Railsmartr?

You cannot obtain Delay Repay compensation from Railsmartr. At the moment, it is available only from train operators.  In order to qualify for Delay Repay you must:
  • Be delayed by at least 15 minutes in reaching the destination on your ticket. Sometimes you need to be delayed by at least 30 minutes (this varies by train operator)
  • Not have refunded your tickets. Tickets will be needed to make your Delay Repay claim
You should contact the train operating company (TOC) that caused the delay. If your journey involved more than one late train operating company, you should contact the TOC that caused your first delay.
